Tennis (gegr. 1977) <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">hervor.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Der Zusammenschluss dieser beiden Vereine entwickelte sich in den Folgejahren zu einem\u00a0 <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">der erfolgreichsten Tennisvereine im Oberbergischen Kreis und machte durch sportliche Erfolge <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">wie aber auch durch eine gute Jugendarbeit auf sich aufmerksam. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Der Zusammenschluss erforderte zun\u00e4chst die Betreibung und Unterhaltung von\u00a0 zwei Tennis-anlagen (Wildbergerh\u00fctte \/ Br\u00fccherm\u00fchle) und damit verbundenen und erh\u00f6hten Unterhaltungs-kosten.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Notwendige Sanierungsma\u00dfnahmen in Wildbergerh\u00fctte (Wiehltalsperrenprojekt) wie auch die gesamten Unterhaltungskosten waren Anlass f\u00fcr eine a.o. Mitgliederversammlung im Jahre 2014, die die Schlie\u00dfung der Anlage Wildbergerh\u00fctte und die Erweiterung der Anlage Br\u00fccherm\u00fchle um 2 weitere Pl\u00e4tze zu beschloss.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">In Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Steuerberater, Herrn Th\u00f6nes, der Volksbank Oberberg, der NRW Bank und der Gemeinde Reichshof wurde ein Finanzierungskonzept erstellt und das Projekt innerhalb von zwei Jahren umgesetzt.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Daten und Fakten<\/span><\/b><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt;text-indent: -18.0pt\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal;font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Umsetzung gestaltete sich recht schwierig und sehr aufwendig.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt;text-indent: -18.0pt\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal;font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">62 Sitzungen, Besprechungen und Ortstermine mit Steuerberater, Volksbank, Gemeinde, Beh\u00f6rden,Firmen etc.<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt;text-indent: -18.0pt\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal;font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Machbarkeitsstudie (Abstandsfl\u00e4chen \u2013 B\u00e4che, Nachbarn \/ Schallgutachten \/ Finanzierung)<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoListParagraphCxSpLast\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt;text-indent: -18.0pt\"><!-- [if !supportLists]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">&#8211;<span style=\"font-size: 7pt;line-height: normal;font-family: 'Times New Roman'\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/span><\/span><!--[endif]--><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Verkauf Anlage Wildbergerh\u00fctte mit Gewinnbeteiligungsklausel<\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-right: -41.4pt;text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif\">Ab Oktober 2015 erbrachten die Vereinsmitglieder \u00fcber 1.000 Stunden ehrenamtliche Arbeit beim Umbau der Tennisanlage; ca. 2800 Tonnen Frostschutzmaterial wurden eingebaut; ein Bach musste verlegt werden; 680 Meter Drahtzaun zur Einfriedung der 6 Pl\u00e4tze waren n\u00f6tig; f\u00fcr die neue Beregnungsanlage wurden knapp 200 Meter Wasserleitung verlegt und p\u00fcnktlich am\u00a0 30.04.2016 waren alle Pl\u00e4tze zur Saisoner\u00f6ffnung fertig gestellt.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Vereinshistorie \u2013 Ein gro\u00dfer Schritt f\u00fcr einen kleinen Verein Zusammenschluss (Verschmelzung) der Vereine \u00a0 TC Wiehltal gegr\u00fcndet im Jahre 2000 geht durch [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":[],"categories":[1],"tags":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v20.8 -
